Our Story
Hi, I’m Chris Richards, the founder of OWZ Consulting. I’m 42 years old and from Hereford in the West Midlands. For over 23 years, I’ve built my career in the electrical wholesaling, manufacturing, and contracting industries, gaining valuable knowledge and experience along the way.
In March 2025, my life took a turn when I was admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, where I’m currently waiting for a heart and lung transplant. This challenging journey led me to reflect on how I could make the most of my time while in the hospital. With a passion for business and helping others, I started OWZ Consulting as a way to stay active and productive during my recovery.

Through this consultancy, I provide business solutions for trades businesses in the electrical, plumbing, building, and other sectors.
